We're a small, family-run farm operation, and every order is packed and shipped by hand from our facility in Laurel, Delaware.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may occasionally take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to get your order out the door quickly.
Shipping Carriers and Transit Time
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything on our end to get your order out quickly, we're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your package leaves our facility (weather, holidays, and carrier volume can all affect delivery times).
