We stand behind Humic+ and every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund you 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of your order date — no need to send the product back.
How it works:
- Your purchase is covered for 30 days from the date of your order.
- If you're not happy with the results or the product for any reason, contact us at support@farmmadeorganics.com or (302) 316-5629 within that 30-day window.
- There's nothing to ship back — keep the bottle, no questions asked.
- Once your refund request is confirmed, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.
What's covered:
This guarantee applies to one refund per customer, per order. It's intended for customers who tried the product as directed and weren't satisfied — not for bulk/wholesale orders, which are handled case-by-case.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
